Pull a list of your donors and answer these questions. 1. How many donors are in your current list? How many have donors have given within the last 24 months? How many are lapsed? 2. Who are your top 25 largest current donors? Separate out individual donors. 3. Who are your most loyal donors? (Those that have given 5+, 10+ or 15+ years consistently.) 4.
