For more than 25 years, I’ve worked alongside nonprofit and community leaders to turn bold visions into meaningful, lasting impact. I’ve secured more than $50 million through relationship-based fundraising, campaign strategy, grants, public-private funding partnerships, and sustainable fundraising systems.
 

I founded Locke Step Partners in 2018 because I was frustrated for incredible organizations stuck on the gerbil wheel of grants, events, and unrealistic expectations.

I knew there was a better way.
 

Today, my team and I help nonprofit leaders move beyond scrambling for the next dollar and build stronger, more sustainable approaches to funding their missions. No jargon. No fluff. Just candid conversations, practical tools, and strategies that actually work.

But unlocking generosity isn’t only about raising money.

I also work with generous families to bring greater clarity, confidence, and purpose to their giving. As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and 21/64 Certified Philanthropic Advisor, I collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, and other trusted professionals to deepen charitable conversations and help families turn generosity into meaningful action and lasting legacies.
