I'm Danielle Locke.

I am a seasoned nonprofit executive who is passionate about making communities a great place to live, work, learn and play. I have spent nearly 25 years in the nonprofit field in various management roles. 

 

I have successfully navigated the bureaucracy of a major healthcare system. I have also worked for an organization so small I literally built my own desk out of an old door and two filing cabinets.

After working on both the grantor and grantee side of the table it was clear to me that our nonprofits needed help making their sustainable futures a reality.

 

I founded Locke Step Partners not only to advise, but also to work side by side with nonprofit organizations to help bridge the gap between inspiring nonprofits and the donors who want to support this work.
